Tersky District is an administrative district in Murmansk Oblast, Russia, located in the south of the Kola Peninsula Kola and borders the White Sea in the south. Its administrative center is the urban locality of Umba. The Council of Deputies of Tersky District is the local representative body, consisting of fifteen deputies elected for a five-year term.
