Kharkiv city authorities, Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Kharkiv and local NGO "IV Kvartal" co-operate in organising this marathon to commemorate people of different nationalities who were murdered under the Communist regime. The event unites historical, cultural and sporting dimensions aimed at attracting local youth participants from Kharkiv's twin and partner cities from abroad, discussing the issues of how our ancestors struggled to establish democracy.
