The Participatory Budget was adopted at a meeting of the Kharkiv City Council. This year, the Kharkiv City budget includes a UAH 50 million appropriation solely for this purpose. In the context of ELDW in Kharkiv, a series of workshops will be organised to inform residents about new opportunities and mechanisms for their active participation in decision-making and budget allocation.
