Kirklee Council staff will nominate colleagues who demonstrate being an "active citizen" in their community. Kirklees Council's Chief Executive, Mayor and Deputy Mayor will thank staff who are:
Helping communities to have a voice, by starting a campaign or speaking up for someone else.
Connecting people who share interests, by taking part in community activity that brings neighbours together to address local issues.
Being a good neighbour by improving things in their neighbourhood.
