Kharkiv Reform Office main task is to make Kharkiv a comfortable city for life by introducing effective technologies in all spheres of life. A small team will be engaged in such areas as improving management efficiency, involving citizens in decision-making, enhancing the authorities-citizens communication, creating a “smart” city, introducing smart technologies and electronic management.
The launching of the project is to be voted on at the session of Kharkiv City Council on Oct. 17, 2018.
The decision on creation of the communal enterprise "Kharkiv Reform Office” was unanimously approved at the 22nd session of Kharkiv City Council of the VII calling on Oct. 17, 2018, and is available here: http://kharkiv.rocks/reestr/672582
The purpose of the Office is to meet the needs of the territorial community of Kharkiv and contribute to implementation of the Development Strategy of Kharkiv, ensure innovative approaches in reformation of the system of interaction between the territorial community and the local self-government bodies of Kharkiv
