The Participatory Budget is an initiative of the Municipal Council of Gondomar, and was presented for the first time in 2014 and aims to improve the relationship between citizens and the Municipality, and tries to encourage the active participation of citizens and ensure a management based on transparency and proximity.
All citizens over the age of 18 and registered in the municipality of Gondomar can participate in the process by submitting and voting proposals for public works of municipal interest.
