Fastiv City Youth Center was opened - the first municipal infrastructure institution in Kyiv region. The center has two employees; a director and a technical staff. There are four classes for leisure and youth development. The institution is fully equipped with multimedia, film screenings, conferences, seminars and other events. The institution is funded from the city budget.
