On that day, young citizens, natives of the village of Aleksandrov-Gai, were in the chairs of the district leaders. The substitutes had the opportunity to replace the head of the Aleksandrovo-Gaysky municipal district, the first deputy head, the deputy head for social issues, the head of the education department, and the head of the department for resolving issues of local importance. This working day for the newly minted leaders, according to their admission, turned out to be intense, full of new impressions and even discoveries, they saw the work of the government from the inside and from a different angle. Each worked in his own profile: someone held a reception for residents on personal matters, became a participant in a regional videoconference, a meeting of school principals, visited kindergartens, another visited cultural institutions and assessed the state of the social sphere using the example of a separate farm Sysoev, the third visited facilities improvement of the regional center and contributed to new ideas for the arrangement of recreation areas; the structure of the district administration, the activities of the departments and the acquaintance with the specialists of the departments are the subject of interest and study of the next young manager. On the basis of the results of work was a democratic and open conversation over a cup of tea with the head of the district Mr. S. Fedechkin. The youth admitted that the day was not in vain. Young people, having been the managers that day, thanked their today's mentors for their work and wished them success and patience in their difficult field.
