With around 15,000 inhabitants, the Alpine town of Bludenz is the lively center of the five valleys Walgau, Brandnertal, Montafon, Klostertal and Großes Walsertal in the southernmost corner of Vorarlberg. Since 2021 Bludenz is part of the MissionZero project.
