The "Voice of the Street" team has been established to receive the demands and complaints of all residents who cannot contact or visit the municipality, to deliver them to the relevant directorates of the municipality and to provide solutions to their problems.
The "Voice of the Street" team visits neighbourhoods, streets and avenues and listens to the demands and complaints of our residents. They are recorded instantly through the Ulakbel system, the digital application of the municipality. Residents are given a tracking number via SMS to inform the flow of work. The personnel who record the demands and complaints calls the resident again after the completed work and receives satisfaction information.
