Local Equality Action Plans

Local Equality Action Plans include strategies that increase women's participation in local decision-making processes and decision-making mechanisms, improve daily living conditions, and implement local service models that will ensure the establishment of these strategies. Action plans were later developed and provided with a framework that included children, elderly, immigrants and disabled people. The Local Equality Action Plan was approved by the Büyükçekmece City Council in June 2023 and entered into force.
