On October 27, 2019, the volunteers from the Valcea County Europe Direct Centre organized a simulation of a European Council’s meeting (taken into consideration that fact that Romania had the Presidency of the European Council in the first six months of 2019) in which volunteers from Europe Direct Centers across Romania had to represent each one a country from the European Council, to prepare a short speech and then to discuss on a topic (digitalization) before taking a decision –going to vote.
