Buca Municipality organised a Psychosocial Support Studies in cooperation with International Organization for Migration (IOM) for those under the temporary protection women and children migrants in Buca and citizens of Turkey who had affected by Kahramanmaras earthquake which has hit the region on February 6, 2023. The support studies have covered to earthquake affected Turkish citizens and under the temporary protection migrants. 18 Turkish citizens, 22 under the temporary protection migrants, 40 Turkish women and under the temporary protection women have recieved the psychosociological support as earthquake victims. Also, there were some sport activities during 8 weeks in Buca Municipality Yenigun Sports Complex for the 30 children that affected by the earthquake.
