In cooperation with UNHCR, Buca Municipality works on social adaptation and to ease everyday life struggles of refugees who numbered approximately 20.000 and resident in Buca. Sharing is Caring Project was aimed to collect secondhand reusable staffs (clothes, shoes and toys) from the first owners in order to give them those who in need. The donation boxes are placed at the public areas.The collected pieces then, were classified, were sanitized and were packed. Total collected objects were donated between November 2021 and November 2023 were numbered 5500 pieces.
