The "Food Waste and Circular Economy for Food" roundtable was held on November 3, 2023 at the Sustainability and Innovation Center of Buca Municipality.
With a valuable presentation by master food engineer Dilay Durmuş, we had a day full of great ideas and suggestions for reducing waste and sustainability in the food industry.
