Packing Collage With Children Activity

In the "Packaging Collage with Children" study, which is another event organized for awareness activities within the scope of EWWR, the subject of packaging is discussed both theoretically and practically in the program held for children in our two of pre-school part-time education centers serving under the Directorate of Culture and Social Affairs of Buca Municipality. Buca Municipality Climate Change and Zero Waste Directorate’s Environmental Engineer staff firstly made informative presentations to children about the environment, nature, waste and packaging, and then short animations were shown on the subject. Afterwards, a joint collage work consisting of these wastes was prepared together with the children who collected packaging waste throughout EWWR. At the end of the event, a mini fashion show was held with costumes sewn from packaging waste prepared by the Collective Impact Program (KEP) Association for this week and for children.
