Preparation and distribution of the promotional material for ELDW 2021

Preparation and distribution of the ELDW 2021 promotional material in the form of ecological posters, bags, pencils with seeds, brochures, notebooks for cities and municipalities in Serbia with the aim to promote ELDW and its goals towards citizens and to include them in the local decision-making, at the same time, to raise awareness on the main topics -environmental protection, sustainability, recycling and remaking.
Preparation and distribution of the promotional material for ELDW 2021
SCTM has prepared
- Flyer 20x21 - 1,050 pcs
- Poster A3 - 200 pcs
- Cardboard sleeve with two plastic lids for sending by mail - 170 pcs
- NATURELLA bag (color print on one side, visual attached) - 1,050 pcs
- Block with eco OZONE pen (bred and block and pen, visuals attached) - 1,050 pcs
- Wooden pencil with seeds (branded cardboard - pen holder and pencil, visual attached) - 1,050 pcs
The materials were packed in 10 sets (each set contained 100 pieces of everything and three posters in a box) to the first 10 municipalities, which registered on the ELDW website. These materials were distributed by municipalities to the citizens during the main events of ELDW in October and November 2021.
One package of material (with 50 pcs of all materials and 10 posters) was distributed to the participants of the SCTM Conference on citizen participation in decision-making in the environment and information in emergency situations with the aspect of localization of SDG in total and especially goal 11 held on 14.10.2021.
Other posters were packed one by one (160 pcs) and sent by post express with a cover letter to the rest of LSGs in Serbia - 160 (except those who already received all materials)
Budget for this activity was 4000 EUR.
