10km and 20km runs in the street of Kadikoy municipality

The Street 10K and 21K races were held on Caddebostan coast on June 11,2023. Approximately 3 thousand competitors participated in the races where children and roller skate races were also held. The competitors gathered at the track area early hours in the morning for the races and did warm-up movements accompanied by experts trainers and DJ performances. The first race of the day started with a roller skating race attended by 200 people.The children race,which was held on the 500 meter long track,was accompanied by expert trainers.The competitions,in which children as well as parents participated,had colorful images.The winners of the races won medals and trophies as well as cash prizes. The awards of the winning competitors were given by the mayor of Kadıköy,Şerdil Dara Odabaşı.Speaking at the ceremony,Odabaşı said,”Kadıköy once again hosted a magnificent organization and a gentlemanly struggle.As every year, the people of Kadıköy will be satisfied with art and sports this summer, too.” In the competitions attended by citizens of all ages,the competitors both had fun and did sports.
