Students prepare a billboard sketch for Vicovaro Carbon Free School.
Several meetings were held in the local School with the Director and the Teachers to explain the meaning of the Council of Europe's initiative and the reasons that pushed the Municipality of Vicovaro to involve young students in these initiatives.
It was a question of overcoming bureaucratic difficulties to carry out events not included in the annual plan of activities already planned by the School. Nonetheless, some teachers accepted to carry on specific activities in their classes.
Texts and essays about energy saving and correct waste collection were deeply discussed in the classes with the professors. A laboratory work was carried out to illustrate how solar energy is positive for the planet.
