TBILISI
« TBILISI » takes part in the European Local Democracy Week - a paneuropean event coordinated by the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe - as « Partner city »
Tbilisi is the capital and the largest city of Georgia lying on the banks of the Mtkvari River. It is governed by the Tbilisi City Assembly (Sakrebulo), elected once every four years, and the Tbilisi City Hall (Meria). Administratively, the city is divided into raions (districts).
