The Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities – National Association of Towns and Municipalities of Serbia (SCTM), founded in 1953, gathers towns, municipalities and town municipalities.
Our mission is to represent the interests of members and support their development through joint activities, providing high quality services in accordance with EU standards, in order to create the conditions for developed and efficient local self-government.
We especially represent the interests of local authorities in the EU integration process and international cooperation.
