On the 21st of September the Mayor of Ramnicu Valcea, Mr.Mircia GUTAU, organized a festivity event, the Gold Wedding, for the senior couples that celebrated 50 years of marriage.
Mayor Mircia GUTAU congratulated the celebrated ones, wished them for many years together from now on and thanked them for the example of loyalty and steadfastness they offer to the entire local community. The senior couples received on this occasion the “Loyalty Diploma”, as well as a prize consisting of social vouchers.
In the same context of celebrating the elderly, on September 28, eleven seniors aged +90 entered the “Club of Longevity” receiving from the City Hall, at their homes, anniversary diplomas and prizes consinting in different sums of money.
