The Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities – National Association of Towns and Municipalities of Serbia (SCTM), founded in 1953, gathers towns, municipalities and town municipalities.
Our mission is to represent members' interests and support their development through joint activities, providing high-quality services in line with EU standards, in order to create the conditions for developed and effective local self-government.
In particular, we represent the interests of local authorities in the EU integration process and international cooperation.
